Thomas M. Atkin possesses more than 20 years of experience within the residential real estate industry. He has directed the sales and marketing programs of a wide variety of product types including several luxury townhouses and high rise condominiums, Manhattan upper-east side co-op conversions, and high-end suburban single family home communities.

 

Tom’s successes include St. Andrews, Half Moon Bay, Cobblefield and Stone Gate in Westchester County, Piermont Landing in Rockland County, and numerous luxury buildings in New York City. Tom is a respected sales trainer and consultant to several major developers.

 

Allan M. Leeds
Allan M. Leeds is a well-known real estate professional with over a quarter century of experience in directing sales and marketing for numerous new construction communities in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware and Washington, D.C. His vast knowledge of the complexities of the real estate industry – including his sales and marketing expertise, negotiating sales contracts and arranging for end loans, as well as solving construction problems – has been utilized by developers of a wide range of housing product.

Mr. Leeds has held many positions of distinction including, judge of the Sales and Marketing Award for Long Island Builders Institute, Inc., three time judge of the SAM awards given by the New Jersey State Builder’s Association and current Chairman of the Builder’s Association of the Hudson Valley, Advertising and Marketing Committee.
